One 3oz pkg peach flavored gelatin
2/3 cup boiling water
1 cup vanilla ice cream
One 8oz. frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 ¼ cup diced fresh High Country Orchards Palisade Peaches
1 Graham pie crust (single baked pie crust)
In large bowl, dissolve gelatin until melted and smooth. Add whipped topping and ice cream and mix well, fold in peaches. Pour into pie crust, chill until firm; about 3 hours. Garnish with fresh Palisade Peaches.
