Mesa Peach Delight

½ lb Chocolate Sandwich Cookies 
1 package graham crackers (9 whole) 
2 ½ cups powdered Sugar 
¾ cup softened butter 
½ cup pasteurized refrigerated egg product (to = 2 eggs) 
10 fresh medium sized peeled and sliced High Country Orchards Palisade Peaches 
12 ounce thawed refrigerated whipped topping 

In a gallon plastic storage bag, roll cookies and crackers until fine. Line bottom of 13x9 inch dish with half of the crumbs. Cream sugar and butter; add egg substitute and beat until well blended. Carefully spread creamed mixture over top of crumbs. Cover that with a thick layer of fresh peaches. Next cover fresh Palisade peaches with whipped topping. Finish by sprinkling the remaining crumbs over all. Cover and chill 12 hours.
