Palisade Peach and Raspberry Jam

3 cup chopped High Country Orchards fresh Palisade peaches 
2 cup crushed raspberries 
3 cup Sugar 
2 Tbsp lemon juice 
1 ¾ oz powered fruit pectin 

Measure fruits and lemon juice into large pan. In a small separate pan stir pectin into l cup of sugar and add 1 cup of water, bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute. 
Stir gently in to fruit mixture and add the remaining 2 cups of sugar stir 
until warm and sugar is dissolved. Pour into washed Ball Plastic Jars, place lids on tightly. 
Let stand 24 hours until set. Refrigerate or freeze. 

Makes 6 cups.
