Peaches 'N Cream Pecan Bars

1 box yellow cake mix 
3 eggs 
1 stick butter, melted 
1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese, softened 
1 (16 ounce) pkg powdered sugar 
1/2 cup chopped pecans 
2 cups chopped ripe High Country Orchards Palisade Peaches 
 

Combine cake mix, 1 egg, and melted butter in a large bowl. Stir until smooth. Pat mixture into a buttered 9x13 pan. Sprinkle w/chopped pecans. Cream together cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar until smooth. Pour over pecans and gently smooth to pan edges. Cover the creamed mixture evenly with the chopped peaches. Bake in a pre-heated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes or until edges are brown. Middle will not be set. Cool and the cut into bars and enjoy.
