Rosy Peach Jam

4 cups mashed High Country Orchards Palisade peaches with 1 Tbsp Fruit Fresh sprinkled over 
1 cup mashed bananas 
1/2 Cup drained, finely chopped Maraschino Cherries 
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 
1/2 tsp butter 
1 box pectin 
6 Cups granulated Sugar 

Prepare High Country Orchards Palisade peaches, banana 's and Maraschino cherries and place in large kettle, stir fruit pectin into fruit. Add lemon juice and butter. Bring to a boil. When fruit comes to a good rolling boil, add sugar all at once and stir. Bring back to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute. Skim off foam. Ladle into sterile jars. Seal with lids and rings. Process by hot water bath method recommended by USDA, CSU Extension or Ball Blue Book.
